Welcome to the information page for Level 3 Certificate in BSL.
By studying Level 3 in British Sign Language with Signature, you will further develop your skills in BSL and become a competent communicator. Building upon the vocabulary and grammar learnt within level 1 and level 2, learners will be able to understand and use varied BSL in a range of work and social situations.
BSL Linguistics and Grammar are key components of this qualification.
Currently, you have the option to study face to face or remotely via Zoom if you reside outside of Lewisham and Ladywell.

What are the course requirements?
A Signature accredited Level 3 Certificate in British Sign Language
What payment options are available?
Fees can be paid upfront or in installments. For this course, you can pay in 3 or 6 monthly installments. We use a payment processor that will automatically take payment from your account on the same day every month.
All payment plans are interest-free, and all prices are inclusive. You only pay what you see. The main rule is that the first payment must be made before classes start. Places can be reserved for a £50 deposit, which is deducted from your first payment.

At the end of the qualification, learners will be able to:

- Take part in and lead complex conversations in BSL
- Use level 3 as a gateway to career development. E.g interpreter, teacher
This course will put you on the path to fluency. You will be able to have complex conversations in BSL, and you will be able to work in the field as a Communication Support Worker.

Who are Signature and why do they matter?
Signature specifies and accredits BSL qualifications in the UK under OFQUAL. A Signature qualification is recorded under your National Learning Record, is portable across other national accredited bodies and is regulated for quality.
