Our business processes are managed to ISO 9001:2008 standards with ISO 9001:2015 in the works. This defines ways of running a business so that it constantly works towards meeting customer expectations and delivering customer satisfaction.

Care Work

To demonstrate our commitment to the many varied clients we serve, appa decided to undergo the vigorous assessment process of the Care Quality Commission (CQC), this meant months of re-thinking our current planning, policies and service delivery – matching the 28 essential standards found within the Health & Social Care Act 2008.

On 31st January 2012, appa received its CQC registration number: 1-338758772 and our services are now officially regulated by the Care Quality Commission.

Care Work

We have a voluntary registration with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO – Data Protection Act 1998) since 2007, we can assure our clients of the commitment we have to their individual needs at all times.

We are DSA-QAG registered for providing non-medical support for students.

We are an approved training company for Signature, the leading accreditation body for British Sign Language.
