An interactive and medically-based session led by team leader and practising Physiotherapist Tony Collette.
Tony qualified from the University of Hertfordshire in 2011. He worked in Community rehabilitation until 2013 and completed rotations as part of Sutton and Merton community services. He began work in a musculoskeletal outpatient setting in 2015 and became a Senior Physiotherapist that year, before being TUPE’d to Connect Health in 2016.
If you opt to attend in person you can get a personal assessment for an additional £30 after formal teaching is complete by midday.
‘Relax’ for a formal assessment of your biomechanical functionality whilst learning how to mitigate risks and prevent long-term injury as a Sign Language Professional.

What are the course requirements?
No requirements, other than a good grasp of English for hearing students
What payment options are available?
Fees can be paid upfront or in installments. For this course, you can pay in 3 or 6 monthly installments. We use a payment processor that will automatically take payment from your account on the same day every month.
All payment plans are interest-free, and all prices are inclusive. You only pay what you see. The main rule is that the first payment must be made before classes start. Places can be reserved for a £50 deposit, which is deducted from your first payment.

What are the aims of the course?
At the end of the qualification, learners will be able to:
- understand and use a limited range of simple words and sentences in BSL
- take part in simple, everyday conversations in BSL
- give and follow simple directions or instructions in BSL
- give and follow simple familiar statements or descriptions in BSL
Who are Signature and why do they matter
Signature specifies and accredits BSL qualifications in the UK under OFQUAL. A Signature qualification is recorded under your National Learning Record, is portable across other national accredited bodies and is regulated for quality.
