Sign Language week is near, 14 – 20 March! Sign Language Week is an initiative of the British Deaf Association (BDA).

For Sign Language Week this year appa will be offering short BSL sessions in the office or online via Zoom.

Level 1 Award in British Sign Language
This qualification is designed to teach learners to communicate with Deaf people in British Sign Language (BSL) on a range of topics that involve simple, everyday language use. You will gain basic skills and confidence in the production and reception of BSL.
Level 2 Award in British Sign Language
This qualification is designed to develop communication in BSL about real life, routine, and daily experiences, whilst improving grammar and understanding.
